 We’ve all been there. All the diets works for a while that is it. And then you stick with it for a while and feel great, but soon the restrictions start to cause you stress and tension, the cravings become overwhelming. You have a little bite of your favorite dessert. It won’t hurt, just a little piece. And it tastes wonderful and all the strict discipline that you’ve suffered through is tossed out the window. You eat and eat until you feel physically awful, mentally you feel guilty, and emotionally you feel like a failure. It’s like a rubber band, the more time that passes, the further along you go in your restrictive, controlled diet, the stronger the stress, tension, and cravings become.  MY EXPERIENCE
I grew up in Italy where I was obsessed with my health. From the age of 17 until a few years ago, I was a slave to always having to stay in perfect shape. In fact, in my early 20’s I became a serious body builder. I won many trophies including the Italian body building Championship. Although it was fun, I was always suffering from my stress and guilt caused by my strict diet. My mind was forever in turmoil. As soon as my will power weakened, I’d get lax about my diet and gain back those extra pounds. Living in Hollywood has made me feel completely inadequate and gave me low self esteem. I was always trying the latest diet. If fact, I tried them all - from eating tasteless chicken and eggs – to periods of eating only rice. At times I was exhausted, my mind obsessed with food and exercise, which actually drained me of all energy.

Even though I was a body builder, I still had the same tension and stress associated with strict dieting, as well as and lower self esteem and feeling weak when I failed. I was obsessed with having a healthy, perfect body.

What I didn’t know was that my thoughts were the reason I was not able to maintain my ideal weight. So after many years of bodybuilding I decided to get into mind building, studying everything I could having to do with mind and spirit: taking courses, reading hundreds of books, and traveling all over Asia. It was then that I began to gain some insight about this issue which was ruling my life, preventing me from using my energy to fulfill my highest potential.

Now I eat my favorite foods any time and, most important, I really enjoy it. My mind has the energy to focus on what is really important in my life.

It is my intention to help you achieve an inner balance that will cause you to have a slim and healthy body effortlessly. It’s not about keeping to a strict diet and resisting cravings, or having good willpower. It’s about a new awareness, a new perspective, it’s about letting go. It’s about being ALIVE!

My grandmother and yours never diet in their lives yet at that time fat free or diet food did not exist in fact there were no cases of obesity reported at the beginning of the last century, yet back then people ate food not with fear but with joy and enormous pleasure.

After working with 100's and 100's of people of all ages men and women, traveling around the world observing eating habits from different cultures I can tell you that to lose weight is an inside job.
That's right your body is your basic truth, when a child has eczema for instance it is perhaps because he or she can not communicate about what is wrong, so the body speaks up out loud with a skin reaction because the body doesn't lie.
Fat is a symptom and there is a reason behind it!

Yes there is hope all you have to do is to think different, erase from your mind all the concepts that create the fear in food and learn how to stop protect your self emotionally, learn how to love your self totally through your body, let go all form of suppression and restriction and be in balance with nature in the most beautiful and spontaneous way,
As you change or eliminate the root cause from inside, your will lose weight, you will dissolve those extra pounds... this time permanently.

They say that the number one fear in America is the fear of public speaking I personally think  it is the fear of gaining weight .
Some people are actually thin but they live as they were fat because of the FEAR that sooner or later they also will gain weight so they live a life of closure, contraction and deprivation.
 This is because in this society we don't have good role models that can show that to be healthy and slim is not something that we have to earn but is our birthright.
Animals in their natural environment would never gain weight because they live according to nature in balance and therefore never over eat
 
             Real love breaks the heart and that is when the healing begins !
